- Are you passionate about driving sustainability and leading ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) initiatives? We are looking for a Senior Engineer / Assistant Manager - ESG Coordinator to join our team and take the lead in shaping our sustainability goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage ESG projects, from conception to execution, ensuring effective implementation.

- Develop and implement ESG frameworks, reporting mechanisms, and sustainability metrics.

- Conduct internal training and awareness programs to promote ESG practices across the organization.

- Ensure ESG action plans are aligned with company goals, regulations, and compliance standards.

- Serve as the main contact for collecting ESG data across departments and ensuring accurate reporting.

- Collaborate with the factory and Siemens teams for ESG reporting within the DEGREE framework.

What We're Looking For:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/M.Tech).

- MBA would be preffered.

- 8-10 years of experience in ESG & sustainability management.

- Strong understanding of ESG principles, compliance, and best practices.

- Proven ability to drive sustainability initiatives across an organization.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.

- Prior experience with companies like Maruti, Tata, Honda, Schneider, L&T, or Reliance is preferred
