We are seeking a passionate and experienced professional to join our ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) and Sustainability team.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ESG principles, sustainability frameworks, and climate risk, with a proven ability to work with clients to facilitate impactful business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- ESG Expertise: Strong understanding of ESG principles, climate risks, global reporting standards, and sustainable finance trends, along with their impact on governance and investment decisions.
- Reporting Standards: Hands-on experience with sustainability reporting frameworks such as GRI, TCFD, SASB, BRSR, IFRS, SBTi, and double materiality.
- Collaboration with Multilaterals: Experience working with organizations such as the World Bank, IFC, GIZ, and KfW on climate change mitigation, adaptation, and decarbonization initiatives. (Preferred for Associate Director Position)
- Sector Research: Conduct in-depth ESG research and analysis across diverse sectors like Power, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Auto, Metals & Mining, Cement, Chemicals, and Pharmaceuticals.
- Data-Driven Insights: Create detailed ESG reports linking sustainability indicators to operational and financial performance metrics.
- Supply Chain Integration: Assess ESG integration across supply chains, including Tier 1, 2, and 3 suppliers.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with regulators, partners, and clients to align strategies and create value.
- Thought Leadership: Represent the organization at seminars and conferences, publish articles, and deliver high-impact client presentations.
- Business Development: Develop proposals and support growth initiatives by identifying new opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal ESG and sustainability teams to drive innovation and excellence.
- Client Engagement: Travel as needed to deliver on-site client solutions and projects.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 6-12 years of experience in sustainability consulting, with a postgraduate degree in sustainability or related fields.
- Familiarity with ESG/Sustainability trends across various industries.
- Strong research, analytical, and report-writing skills.
- Excellent oral communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to structure high-quality, insightful reports.
- Positive attitude with a focus on collaboration and meeting tight deadlines.
