- We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Vice President - Sales & Business Development to lead our sales initiatives across Gujarat and Madhya Pradesh.
- The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader and mentor with a proven track record in business development, sales strategy, and revenue growth in the process equipment industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and business development initiatives for process equipment in the Pharma, Chemical, Dairy, and Petrochemical industries.
- Lead and mentor senior sales professionals, fostering a high-performance sales culture.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business growth targets.
- Manage client relationships, negotiate high-value deals, and drive revenue growth.
- Ensure the achievement of minimum - 100 Cr annual turnover.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor strategies.
- Oversee sales operations and expansion plans for Gujarat and Madhya Pradesh.
Key Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: Extensive experience in business development and sales within the process equipment industry.
- In-depth knowledge of distillation, filtration, drying, heat exchangers, reactors, and related process equipment.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to coach, mentor, and drive sales teams.
- Excellent market knowledge and business acumen.
