Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Growth & Business Development Sales & Market Expansion Technical & Process Engineering Expertise

- Leverage process engineering knowledge to understand customer requirements and recommend customized process equipment solutions.

- Work closely with R&D and engineering teams to align product development with market needs.

- Provide technical guidance to sales teams, ensuring accurate and compelling presentations to clients.

Non- Negotiable Requirements:

- Should be a qualified Chemical/Mechanical Engineer

- Experience in process Equipment Manufacturing Industry (Medical/Pharma/Petrochemical/Diary)

- Should be willing to work in Gujarat

- Should have handled turnover of 100cr + annually

- Should be in a team management role from 5+ years
