Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning:
- Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, goals, and objectives.
2. Communication and Coordination:
- Act as a liaison between project teams, stakeholders, and management.
- Organize and facilitate regular project meetings, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Distribute project-related information to team members and stakeholders.
3. Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project schedules, meeting minutes, and progress reports.
- Prepare and distribute project status updates to relevant stakeholders.
4. Task Tracking:
- Monitor project progress and track tasks to ensure adherence to timelines.
- Identify and address any issues or delays in the project timeline.
5. Resource Management:
- Assist in resource allocation and utilization.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure availability and optimal utilization of resources.
6. Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines.
- Collaborate with the project team to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
7. Quality Assurance:
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and requirements.
- Conduct quality checks and facilitate necessary adjustments.
Skills:
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a plus.
- Familiarity with industry-specific project coordination practices.
- Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
