Job Description
- Collecting and analyzing the projects business requirements.
- Preparing accurate and detailed requirement specification documents, user interface guides, and functional specification documents.
- Creating and maintaining the Product backlog. Sort the Product backlog items according to priority.
- Providing suggestions to the development team during the project's development stage to meet the client’s business needs. Make sure the development teams meet client expectations with respective deadlines.
- Participates in the daily Scrums, Sprint Planning Meetings, and Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives.
- Inspects the product progress at the end of every Sprint and has complete authority to accept or reject work done.
- Help the Business development team with required documentation to convert leads & prospects to clients.
- Evaluating the data collected through task analysis & business process
- Documenting the acquired results of analysis and workflows as well as obtaining sign-off from the appropriate client.
- Managing any change requests related to the working project plans daily to meet the agreed deadlines.
- Communication between the Client and the Technical teams.
- Assists in the enforcement of project deadlines and schedules.
