Job Summary :
- Manage, execute and track assigned client deliverables by maintaining and using processing guides according to processing calendar, and use process tracking system daily to ensure adherence to client SLAs (Service Level Agreements).
- Work closely with the Shared Services teams (ASOPS, BPSS, Service Center) to deliver quality results of ancillary services.
- Analyze and understand client requirements for the execution of implementation, Annual
Enrollment and ongoing changes.
- Create, execute, and maintain accurate and detailed test plans (unit, function, integration, and regression) for all new system functionality testing.
- Leverage technology to automate ongoing processes and create the most efficient and stable delivery of services to clients.
- Responsible for issue research, resolution and basic system configuration with senior support.
- Research and analyze cases, working with team resources to put in place solutions to address root cause with the intent to reduce ongoing case volume and effectively prevent reoccurring system issues.
- Possess basic knowledge and understanding of current system functionality; escalate gaps in functionality, as appropriate.
- Responsible for key dashboard items, including change management tickets, case management, issue trending, and data checks.
- Responsible for clear documentation of processing guides and technical documentation.
- Contribute to client satisfaction through quality work product and provide timely internal and external responses.
- Work with managers and client teams to support timely provision migrations for aligned clients.
- Record time accurately in accordance with stated deadlines to the correct project and category to ensure that scope, cost and resources allocation per project can be calculated.
- Participate in internal and external meetings with client and third party vendors.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills And Abilities :
- Graduate - preferably with specialization in Information Technology and computer science subjects
- Overall experience Minimum of 1 to 3 in IT Services companies, preferably in healthcare domain.
- Exposure to scripting tools and SQL
- Intermediate level skills required in MS Excel
- Exposure to Agile methodology
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven track record of delivering within agreed timelines, budgets and performing under strict /tight timelines.
Soft skills :
- Strong teamwork skills and attention to detail.
- Attention to detail and critical thinking.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Plan and organize one's own work for optimum efficiency.
- Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
