Role: SAP Kinaxis Specialist with BSA (Business System Analyst)

Location: Remote

We are looking for a highly skilled SAP Kinaxis Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in planning functions, particularly with SAP and Kinaxis systems, as well as other planning software.

This role will focus on designing architectural solutions, effective communication across teams, and navigating complex organizational structures.

Familiarity with data and analytics to support decision-making is also a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

- Planning Functional Experience: Utilize your expertise in planning functions to drive successful projects and optimize business processes.

- SAP & Kinaxis Expertise: Leverage your deep knowledge of SAP and Kinaxis systems to develop and implement solutions that meet business needs.

- Architectural Solutions: Design and architect planning solutions that are aligned with organizational goals and industry best practices.

- Communication & Organizational Navigation: Demonstrate excellent communication skills and ability to effectively navigate and engage with organizational structures to achieve project objectives.

- Data & Analytics: Use data and analytics to enhance decision-making and improve the planning process.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in planning functions and software, with strong expertise in SAP and Kinaxis.

- Strong architectural experience in planning systems.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to navigate complex organizational structures effectively.

- A solid understanding of data and analytics is a plus.

JD for Functional BSA Plan to Fulfil-Plan

- SAP/Kinaxis consultant with 8 plus years' experience in production planning and scheduling

- Strong Kinaxis interface experience with SAP, CRM, MS Dynamic

- Good understanding of Kinaxis configuration, master data and cusotmization

- Should have ability to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications, interface mapping documents, functional flow diagrams

- Should participate in functional requirement gathering workshops

- Flexible to work in extended time window to support USA based customers

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Ready to join at the earliest

JD for Functional BSA Plan to Fulfil-Make

- Should have worked on SAP ECC or S/4H integration with MES, PLM applications

- Siemens OpsCenter experience is highly desirable

- Should have ability to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications, interface mapping documents, functional flow diagrams

- Should participate in functional requirement gathering workshops

- Flexible to work in extended time window to support USA based customers

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Ready to join at the earliest
