Collaborate and manage the team to perform

Responsible for team decisions

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams

Develop innovative process improvement strategies

Implement workflow enhancements to increase efficiency
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Hotel and Lodging

Strong understanding of process optimization techniques

Experience in workflow analysis and improvement

Knowledge of business process modeling tools

Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Hotel and Lodging

This position is based at our Bengaluru office
