Business Manager -Rx

• Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue growth for the Rx vertical.
  
• Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify opportunities for product differentiation and market expansion.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including healthcare providers, pharmacies, and distributors, to drive product adoption and market penetration.
  
• Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales goals and deliver superior customer service.
  
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, medical affairs, regulatory affairs, and other departments to ensure alignment of commercial strategies and tactics.
  
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, market share data, and customer feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs and sales initiatives.
  
• Prepare and present business reviews, sales forecasts, and performance reports to senior management on a regular basis.
