Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

The core responsibility of BH will be to increase Sales/Revenue.

Act as the main revenue driver by leveraging your expertise in the MSME sector, product-sales and market development.

Regularly assess and review the business operations, identify areas of improvement and work with the team to create solutions that will improve the overall performance of the business.

Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue and market share.

Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements, as well as the company's policies and procedures.

Manage and lead the team effectively to ensure all operational goals are met and exceeded.

Leading and motivating the team on-ground and ensuring maximum productivity. •Acting as a bridge between the client and the company, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of issues.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with the existing client and expand the client portfolio by identifying new opportunities.

Requirements

Qualification BE/ B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or MBA.

Experience : Minimum 4 to 8 years.

Skills

Should be a strong Sales oriented leader. Driving revenue will be a very important requirement.

Strong understanding of Mechanical products technical details and manufacturing process.

Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and execute projects.
