Business Development Manager

Role Overview

Were looking for a sales-driven Business Development Manager with experience in retail FMCG, dairy, fruits & vegetables, modern trade, general trade, mandi sales, and HoReCa. The role involves acquiring new clients, managing key accounts, optimizing sales strategies, and ensuring strong market presence.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Develop & manage relationships with A+ store managers, distributors, and HoReCa clients
✅ Expand modern trade, general trade, and mandi sales while handling existing accounts
✅ Drive e-commerce sales and improve online presence
✅ Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy profit margins
✅ Work on SKU-wise sales planning and daily forecasting with the operations team
✅ Utilize reporting tools to track performance and optimize strategies

What You Need

✔ 4+ years in FMCG, dairy, fresh produce, or retail sales
✔ Strong network in modern trade, general trade & HoReCa
✔ Expertise in negotiation, sales planning & reporting software
✔ Proficiency in Excel (mandatory)
✔ Willingness to travel
