Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential business partnerships and alliances.
- Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Conduct market research and industry analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at potential partner organizations.
- Negotiate and close deals that align with the company's strategic objectives.
Partnership Management:
- Manage existing partnerships to ensure ongoing success and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute joint marketing and sales initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of partnerships, measuring key metrics such as revenue, customer acquisition, and retention.
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve long-term business goals.
- Identify and address potential challenges and risks.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize business development processes.
Qualifications:
- MBA in Marketing or a related field
- 4-7 years of experience in business development or a related field
- Proven track record of successful business development and sales achievements
- Strong understanding of the industry and target market
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently
- Proficiency in using CRM and sales tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
