Business Development Executive

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the software development domain. You will gain valuable experience in the sales cycle, learn about the IT industry, and contribute to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identifying and qualifying potential leads through various channels (e.g., LinkedIn, online databases, industry events). Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
• Support senior sales professionals in various aspects of the sales cycle, including lead nurturing, scheduling meetings, and preparing sales presentations.
• Building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Gathering market intelligence and competitive analysis.
• Handle administrative tasks related to the sales process, such as preparing proposals and managing sales collateral.
• Collaborate effectively with other team members, including sales, marketing, and delivery.

Skills & Experience:

• 1-2 years of experience in a lead generation or business development role (preferably in the IT industry)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales tools
• A strong work ethic and a desire to learn and grow
• A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a strong customer focus
