We are looking for a talented and passionate Business Development Manager to develop a company and customer satisfaction. Interested in generating opportunities and identify new markets and customer needs.

Responsibilities:
• Develop a growth strategy focused on both financial gain and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
• Promote the companys products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives.
• Prepare sales forecast and ensuring the same is achieved.
• Keep records of sales, revenue, customers, market etc.
• Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
• Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople.
• To identify / develop and maintain specific Enterprise accounts with an opportunity plan supporting company goals.
• Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers.
• Enhance department and organization's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.
• Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis.
• Responsible for working with the Pre-Sales team to on-board and integrate new clients and developing existing client relationships. Collaborate between the customer and internal teams.
• Achieving monthly sales targets from our Existing customers and by identifying and developing new customers.
Requirements:
Education:
• Any degree or diploma.
• 4-5 years of experience in relevant industry (IT/ BFSI/ Manufacturing)
• Good Communication Skills
