Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) with 2-3 years of experience in the Market Research industry. The ideal candidate will focus on generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving sales growth across global markets, including APAC, Europe, and North America. This role offers flexible working hours to align with client engagement in different time zones.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition: Identify and onboard new clients for market research services through networking, cold calling, and industry events.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in APAC, Europe, and North America regions.
- Sales Pitch and Negotiation: Present tailored proposals to clients, negotiate contracts, and close sales effectively.
- Market Analysis: Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and potential client needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with research teams to understand service offerings and customize solutions for clients.
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue goals.
- CRM Management: Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client communications, and lead progress in the CRM system.
- Industry Events:Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and networking events to build industry connections and generate leads.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of proven experience in business development or sales within the market research industry.
- Strong understanding of market research services, including syndicated and customized reports.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify client needs and propose solutions.
