Tellecaller Executive

Candidate should be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers via phone calls to promote products or services, generate leads, resolve customer inquiries, or follow up on outstanding issues. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Languages to Speak Tamil and English is Mandatory.

Proficiency in Telugu, Hindi, and Kannada is an added advantage, as it allows the Tele caller to engage with a wider customer base.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and clients to promote products or services.
• Receive inbound calls from customers, addressing their inquiries and providing necessary assistance.
• Maintain a clear understanding of the product/service offerings and effectively communicate them to customers.
• Follow up with leads or clients to ensure continued engagement and drive conversions.
• Record accurate and detailed information of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
• Resolve customer complaints, questions, and issues in a professional manner.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for generating leads and improving customer satisfaction.
• Provide feedback to the management team regarding customer insights, product improvements, and market trends.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times when interacting with customers.
