Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to expand our overseas IT business, drive lead generation, and manage the end-to-end sales process. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of achieving monthly and yearly sales targets, conducting cold calling for international markets, and handling client meetings at night to align with different time zones.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead Generation & Sales: Identify and generate potential leads for IT services and solutions in international markets.
  • Cold Calling & Client Outreach: Conduct international cold calls to engage potential clients and convert leads into sales.
  • End-to-End Sales Management: Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals and client onboarding.
  • Client Meetings at Night: Schedule and conduct virtual or in-person meetings with overseas clients based on their time zones.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and yearly sales targets.
  • Market Research & Strategy: Analyze industry trends and competitor activity to develop sales strategies.
  • Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with the internal team and provide regular reports on sales performance.

Key Requirements:


  • Experience: 2+ years in IT sales, business development, or a related role.
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • International Sales Exposure: Experience working with overseas clients.
  • Cold Calling Expertise: Ability to initiate and manage cold outreach to global clients.
  • Time Management: Comfortable working in flexible shifts for international client meetings.
  • Target-Oriented: Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field.
