Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team and drive revenue generation for our eCommerce Consultancy Services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for pitching our services, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring the smooth flow of the sales process.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue generation by pitching eCommerce Consultancy Services and Solutions to potential clients.
  • Conduct calls, face-to-face meetings, and virtual connects to promote the VOILA business.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the lifecycle of the engagement.
  • Classify leads and apply smart lead filtering techniques to prioritize prospects.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient process flow.
  • Maintain and manage the sales pipeline, following up consistently through the sales process.
  • Build rapport with clients and gather feedback to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and soft skills, with the ability to present confidently.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, work independently, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
