Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
  
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase sales volume and revenue growth.
  
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing) to develop effective sales strategies.
  
• Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets set by management.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-5 years of experience in BDE role or similar field.
  
• Strong understanding of Sales & Marketing principles and practices.
  
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
