Junior Business Development Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Source new sales opportunities via inbound leads, follow-ups, cold calls, and emails.
• Understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions.
• Close deals and meet/exceed quarterly sales quotas.
• Research accounts, identify decision-makers, and generate interest.
• Expand and maintain a database of prospects in your territory.
• Collaborate with channel partners to drive the pipeline and deals.
• Conduct effective online demos for prospects.
• Use CRM tools to track and manage sales activities.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong phone presence with experience in making multiple calls daily.
• Familiarity with corporate productivity tools and CRM systems.
• Positive attitude and a go-getter mindset.
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
