Role & responsibilities
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our client base for testing laboratory services, including material testing and other analytical services.
Preferred candidate profile
Identify and approach potential clients, including contractors, consultants, and industries.
Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue and market share.
Promote and sell the laboratorys testing services to existing and prospective customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
Collaborate with the technical team to ensure customer satisfaction and service quality.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and regular sales reports.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the testing and certification industry.
Strong understanding of laboratory testing services and client requirements.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
Valid driving license and willingness to travel as needed.
