SBI General Insurance In-house Sales Associate

Job Description

We are seeking Graduate Freshers to join our team at SBI General Insurance on direct payroll. As an In-house Sales Associate, you will be responsible for handling walk-in customers at the SBI branch office, communicating and pitching SBI Health insurance products, and building and maintaining relationships with key customers and stakeholders. This is not a field sales job; it is an in-house position based at the SBI branch office.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling and dealing with walk-in customers in SBI branch office
• Communicating, pitching, making customers understand regarding SBI Health insurance
• Building and maintaining relationships with key customers and stakeholders
• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
• Providing product training and demonstrations to customers
• Meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

1. Age Criteria: 18 yrs-26 yrs
2. Educational Qualification: Graduates (Tech, Non Tech Both) + 3 yrs Diploma + B.Voc can apply (LLB/CA/Doctors/B.Ed/Integrated Courses are not eligible)
3. Graduate Freshers can apply + Graduates with less than 1 year of experience can apply
4. Good communication skills required
5. Apprentices having contracts with other organizations are not eligible
6. Both male and female candidates can apply
