Consultant - Business Development/Sales - Recruitment/Internet/Online/Retail (2-5 yrs)

As a Consultant at Michael Page, your role is to proactively initiate and develop commercial relationships to generate revenue. Your job responsibilities are divided into two main roles:

- Engaging with Clients

- Engaging with Candidates

The key roles and responsibilities include:

- Building and growing a client portfolio by using commercial information to identify organizations with current or future recruitment needs.

- Initiating contact with potential clients through business development calls, meetings and networking.

- Attending pitches and meetings with prospective clients, prioritizing leads with revenue pot

- Understanding client's job requirements, identifying and attracting potential candidates using various sourcing tools

- Managing the recruitment process from interview to offer stage, balancing excellent service with a positive commercial outcome.
