Role Overview:

We are seeking passionate and driven Business Development Associates (BDA) to join our team. The BDAs will play a pivotal role in promoting BrightLearn's technology training programs by conducting marketing campaigns, organizing events, and connecting with prospective clients and partners. This position requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to close sales effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation and Outreach:
• Connect with prospective clients, including students, colleges, and professionals, through targeted calls, emails, and social media outreach.
• Build and maintain relationships with leads and academic institutions.

• Sales and Marketing Campaigns:
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote training programs.
• Convert leads into sales by effectively presenting BrightLearn's offerings.

• Event Management:
• Organize and conduct webinars, workshops, and seminars in collaboration with colleges and educational institutions.
• Ensure seamless event execution and follow-ups to maximize conversions.

• Client Communication:
• Address queries and provide detailed information about programs and services.
• Guide potential students in selecting the right training program tailored to their needs and career aspirations.

• Reporting and Analytics:
• Maintain accurate records of lead status, sales progress, and campaign performance.
• Provide regular updates to the sales and marketing teams.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Communication: Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge: Awareness of the IT training market and emerging technology trends.
• Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
• Technical Proficiency: Basic understanding of Microsoft Office and CRM tools is preferred.
