Business Analyst with Payroll , Insurance sector Experience (1-2 yr)

Location : Noida Sector 62

Responsibilities:

• Understand client's business processes and configure the HRMS module for their needs
• Recommend best people practices aligned with client business needs
• Assist the product implementation team during the implementation process in coordination with the client teams to ensure successful 'go-live'(at the customer site if required)
• Support clients to resolve queries, as and when required
• Testing and developing new enhancements for the HRMS module and coordinating with the development team
• Resolve problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution

• Experience in market research, product analysis, competitor analysis, and understanding market requirements.

Requirements:

• Client handling
• Excellent communication with mail etiquette
• Ability to work in a team
• Communication skill should be good
