Job Responsibilities
1. Continuously monitor the real time network performance and take actions to mitigate any risk to metrics and advertiser experience
2. Support the GCC team in day-to-day operation by maintaining constant communication with site operations, senior leadership, technology teams and other internal clients on status of real time metrics and advertiser experience
3. Manage high severity incidents by running conference calls with different teams to mitigate risks to metrics, advertiser experience and associate experience
4. Define and scope projects by working closely with internal teams and their clients to understand their needs and priorities
5. Plan and execute identified projects by working with various teams
6. Comfortable in writing daily business review documents and creating reports for senior leadership
7. Dive deep into data/process, identify problems and identify solution and present to leadership
8. Creating mechanisms to maintain healthy advertiser and associate experience along with strong documentation (SOP creation)
