Job Description
- Complete all steps to fulfill the onboarding due diligence process based on risk classification
- Ensure onboarding policy is being follow in each request
- Identify any potential risk where an external party could adversely affect our customer
- Summarize adverse and negative news findings and provide a risk level result
- Collaborate with business and record data into system
- Ensure global standards are being achieved and SLA time is met
- Work closely with compliance and ITC team
- Perform periodic due diligence refreshes and screenings to already onboarded entities
- Any graduate degree or equivalent with a strong academic record
- Good years experience in process operating role in industry related sales, marketing, compliance, legal or risk
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- High ethics & integrity
- English fluent
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel)
- Effective probing skills and analyzing / understanding skills
- Problem solving skills with customer centric approach Demonstrated proficiency with written English and with neutral English accent
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills
