Civil Engineer - GFS

Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Civil Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in civil engineering projects and demonstrate proficiency in using advanced design software. The position requires a proactive, team-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:

Civil 3D Software Expertise:

1. Utilize Civil 3D Software for designing and analyzing stormwater systems, roadway infrastructure, and other civil engineering projects.

2. Apply CAD commands effectively for precise design and modeling.

4.

Grading and Land Development:

1. Perform grading work and land development projects.

2. Conduct stormwater design and analysis using various software tools.

3. Design, model, and analyze sewer systems in Civil 3D.

Roadway Design and Modeling:

1. Design and model roadway projects using Civil 3D.

2. Ensure accuracy and efficiency in project execution.

Project Experience:

1. Demonstrate experience in managing projects encompassing the skills.

2. Deliver projects with high efficiency and quality.

Underground Utility Design:

1. Understand and design underground utility systems.

2. Apply engineering principles for effective utility design.

Sheet Set Manager (SSM) Proficiency:

1. Use Sheet Set Manager (SSM) in Civil 3D for stormwater, sewer, water, and other utility projects.

2. Label and organize project documentation effectively.

4.

Vehicle Tracking:

1. Utilize vehicle tracking software for project planning and execution.

2. Ensure proper vehicle movement and logistics on project sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.

• Masters in Engineering an added advantage.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills o Minimum 3 to 5 years of working experience in Civil design for industrial facilities and buildings.

• Understanding of codes and standards (AASTHO, IRC etc.) and its applicability for practical design of industrial facilities and buildings. o Dynamic personality, eager to learn and interested in a stable commitment.

• Knowledge of below mentioned tools:

• Exposure to design software CIVIL 3D must

• AutoCAD

• Knowledge of Navisworks will be added advantage

• Knowledge of Open Roads, Open Rail and Bentley tools

• Microsoft Office Tools - MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, Outlook, OneNote
