Store Manager - Food & Beverage

Position: Store Manager

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing retail operations, including cash handling, store operations, inventory management, and shelf-life control.
• Recruiting, managing, motivating, and training store teams to ensure optimal performance.
• Driving store-level sales, corporate sales, and bulk-order sales to achieve targets.
• Managing store assets, equipment, and ensuring proper maintenance.
• Implementing and maintaining in-store visual merchandising standards.
• Handling customer concerns in a professional and diplomatic manner to ensure customer satisfaction.

Candidate Qualifications & Skill Requirements:

• Graduate in any field.
• MBA or Diploma in Retail Management is advantageous but not mandatory.
• 5-8 years of experience in luxury retail, food retail, or hospitality, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
• Excellent customer handling and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with a structured approach to work.
• Uncompromising focus on execution, with a goal-oriented mindset.
