Job description
Position: Customer Service Executive - Luxury Children's Apparel Brand
Burgundy Brand Collective will be launching a French children's
apparel brand in India, with the first store in Mumbai. The brand
has crafted collections that reimagine the timeless heritage of
French fashion for children. As a contemporary brand with
classic roots, they create clothes, accessories, shoes, and nursery
items that celebrate the magic and whimsy of childhood.
Responsibilities:
• Guide and assist customers throughout their buying journey, ensuring
a personalized and luxurious shopping experience.
• Support retail operations, including handling cash transactions, store
operations, inventory management, and visual merchandising to
maintain a premium store environment.
• Open and close the store with responsibility and attention to detail,
ensuring all procedures are followed meticulously.
• Drive store-level sales by engaging with customers, understanding
their needs, and offering appropriate product recommendations.
• Assist the store manager and team in achieving sales targets and
maintaining high standards of customer service.
• Manage store assets and equipment with care, ensuring everything is
in optimal condition.
• Maintain the in-store visual merchandise to reflect the brands luxury
image and attract potential customers.
• Provide feedback and on-ground insights to the management team to
help improve store operations and customer satisfaction.
Candidate Qualifications & Skill Requirements:
• Candidate with bachelor's degree from any stream with minimum 2
years of experience in retail sales, preferably within the international
fashion or luxury kids apparel brands is a plus.
• Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to deliver a high-
end shopping experience.
• Proficient in relevant computer applications and point-of-sale
systems.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and best practices within a
luxury retail environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge
of additional languages is an advantage.
• Team player with strong listening skills and the ability to collaborate
effectively with colleagues.
• Ability to resolve customer concerns with tact and diplomacy,
maintaining the brands reputation.
• Honest, mature, and well-organized, with a keen eye for detail.
• Willingness to work hard, take on diverse tasks, and maintain a positive,
can-do attitude.
