Job Description :
- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Exchange Senior Engineer at Level 3 to join our team.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for managing service outages, escalations, and providing guidance to other team members.
- They will also play a key role in training and upskilling team members to enhance their knowledge and expertise in Exchange Server administration and support.
- As an Exchange Level 3 Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, and support of an organization's Microsoft Exchange Server environment.
- Your primary focus will be on ensuring the reliability, availability, and security of email communication services. You will collaborate with other IT teams and stakeholders to deliver a seamless and efficient email and collaboration platform.
- This Exchange Level 3 Engineer role is critical for maintaining an organization's email infrastructure and ensuring that email communication remains secure, reliable, and efficient. It requires a combination of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with other IT professionals and stakeholders.
Mandatory Skills :
- Experience with hybrid Exchange environments, including Office 365 integration.
- Knowledge of email archiving solutions Enterprise Vault, SMTP archiving etc.
- Familiarity with email migration tools and strategies.
- Experience with third-party email security solutions e.g., FireEye, DLP etc.
- Vendor-specific certifications or training in Exchange Server technologies.
- Experience in training and mentoring team members to enhance their knowledge and expertise.
- In-depth knowledge of Exchange Server architecture, including high availability and disaster recovery.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage service outages and escalations independently.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work outside regular business hours when necessary
