Power Platform Developer - Dataverse (6-10 yrs)

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Power Platform Lead to join our team. As a Power Platform Lead, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of innovative solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. You will be responsible for managing a team of Power Platform developers and ensuring the successful delivery of critical projects.

Key Responsibilities :

Technical Leadership :

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of Power Platform developers.

- Design, develop, and deploy complex Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) to automate business processes.

- Configure and customize Dataverse to meet specific business requirements.

- Develop custom connectors to integrate with external systems and APIs.

- Design and implement robust Power Automate flows to automate workflows and streamline operations.

- Implement security roles and hierarchies to protect sensitive data and control access to Power Platform resources.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, including exception handling and delegation issues.

- Optimize Power Platform solutions for performance and scalability.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest Power Platform features and best practices.

Team Management :

- Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

- Assign tasks and manage project timelines.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.

- Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.

Project Management :

- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

- Manage project timelines and budgets.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Conduct regular project status reviews and report progress to stakeholders.

Required Skills and Experience :

- Strong proficiency in Power Platform components: Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, and Data verse.

- Experience in designing and developing complex Power Apps with custom connectors and integrations.

- Deep understanding of Power Automate workflows, including error handling and exception management.

- Expertise in SQL, including writing complex SQL queries and stored procedures.

- Strong understanding of Power Platform security roles and hierarchies.

- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving performance and delegation issues.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to lead and mentor a team of developers.

- Experience in Agile methodologies and project management

Preferred Qualifications :

- Microsoft Certified : Power Platform Developer Associate or Microsoft Certified : Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate

- Experience with Azure DevOps or other CI/CD tools.

- Good to have Knowledge of AI Builder and Power Virtual Agents.

- Good to have Experience with Power BI.
