Sales & Marketing Manager ( Delhi-NCR )

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare action plans for the various teams for a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis in coordination with the Marketing team so that effective team execution and objective of walk-ins and closures for the site is achieved.
  
• Performing the role of leader and in co-ordination with the management and sales manager allocation of individual sales targets to the Centre sales team as well as individual employees aiming towards the achievement of centre sales target.

• Identifying potential customers, establishing contacts, visiting them, understanding their requirements Building a sales pipeline for the assigned region

• Managing and interpreting customer requirements.

• Creating and presenting proposals

• Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing to terms and conditions

• Establishing new relationships and maintaining relationships with existing customers.

• Plan and forecast sales

• Monitor competitor activities and keep the management updated about latest trends in the market and work closely with the Marketing team to develop promotions and offers

• Update and maintain Sales MIS for the designated region
