It's a lala company, no job security, they will fire you for nothing, and some people there play politics, you can only make your career if you have personal relationship with some senior person in the company, and the politics is the worst in the company.

Your skills are categorised on the basis of Sales person reviews not on your works or implements you did (Actually organisation is only reliable on his Sales persons).
