Job Description
It s a role responsible to get HR data updated in the PB system as per agreed KPI
Purpose of this position is to provide first level support to HRBP / Employees in transactional HR activities e.g. setting up new hires record, exits, updating HRMS during employee lifecycle with Bunge reflecting accurate employee data and org. structure.

Main Accountabilities
Provides first level support to HRBPs/employees in end-to-end HR Service, including operational/generalist HR matters.
Managing all HR queries within agreed SLA s effectively, across multiple geographies scattered in different time zones such as (Asia/Europe/Americas)
Ensure timely issuance of various services pertaining to employee lifecycle data management such as but not limited to (hiring, separation, Job data changes, employee movement, Probation Confirmation, etc.)
Timely publish Reports interactive dashboards on excel, ppt, tableau etc.
Leading/participating in different projects on need basis.
Drive effective stakeholder management, governance management, escalations handling skills, etc.

Technical Sound knowledge of SAP HR/SuccessFactors, Open Text, Service now, HR employee Life cycle data management
Good command over English language both verbal and written, ability to communicate with employees from different countries at all levels
Strong attention to detail

Education Experience Post-Graduation in HR
4-6 years of work experience in managing HR Operation work in similar size organization
