Role Overview

Were seeking an experienced Customer Product owner- we call them Productologist to own the end-to-end delivery of software solutions for our diverse client base. In this role, youll spearhead projects from initial conception through successful deployment, ensuring our customers vision is realized through our innovative AI-powered platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end project delivery, from initial requirements gathering and design through successful launch and post-deployment support
• Lead customer engagement sessions to understand business objectives and translate them into actionable business and technical requirements.
• Act as the primary liaison between multiple stakeholders on client side, squad, and technical teams.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive delivery plans, including resource allocation, timeline management, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Design, Development, QA, Platform Support) to ensure seamless project execution.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and scope to ensure profitable delivery while meeting customer expectations.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies (Sprint planning, Release planning, Daily standup, Retrospectives, Backlog refinement) and ensure adherence to Builder.ais delivery methodology.
• Leverage the platforms AI capabilities to maintain project documentation, including requirements specifications, status reports, delivery metrics using our patented assembly line for software development.
• Proactively identify and resolve potential bottlenecks and escalate issues when necessary.
• Manage dependencies and transparencies outside of your control and resolve cross-functional conflicts impacting customers.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Champion for continuous improvement initiatives within the delivery organization.
