Java Developer - Hibernate/Spring Boot (4-7 yrs)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a talented and motivated Java Developer to join our development team.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in coding and a strong background in core Java along with expertise in Java frameworks such as Hibernate and Spring Boot.

As a Java Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining high-performance, scalable software solutions.

Responsibilities :

- Develop, test, and maintain robust and scalable Java applications.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.

- Design and implement efficient, reusable, and reliable code in core Java.

- Utilize Java frameworks, including Hibernate and Spring Boot, to enhance application functionality.

- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and issues.

- Collaborate with frontend developers, software architects, and other team members to integrate software components seamlessly.

- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in Java development.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 04 + years of hands-on experience in Java development.

- Strong proficiency in core Java programming.

- Experience with Java frameworks such as Hibernate and Spring Boot.

- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles.

- Knowledge of relational databases and SQL.

- Familiarity with web application development and RESTful services.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

- Knowledge of microservices architecture.

- Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker.

- Understanding of version control systems, preferably Git.

- Agile/Scrum development process experience.

- Certification in Java development is a plus.
