Job Description: Learning and Development (L&D) Executive

Position: Learning and Development Executive
Reports To: L&D Manager
Location: HO
Employment Type: Full-Time

Role Overview
The L&D Executive will be responsible for designing, delivering, and managing training content to enhance employee skills, improve productivity, and support career growth. This role will collaborate with various departments to identify training needs & primarily work on Course Management.

Key Responsibilities
1. Training Needs Analysis (TNA):

• Have knowledge of TNI & TNA and should be able to analyse skill gaps and propose targeted learning interventions.

2. Program Development and Delivery:

• Design training programs, including in-person workshops, e-learning modules, various training PPTs.
• Customize training content to meet specific organizational and departmental needs.

3. Learning Management System (LMS) Administration:

• Manage the company’s LMS, ensuring content is up-to-date and accessible to all employees.
• Monitor and report on LMS usage and learning progress.

4. Facilitation and Coaching:

• Provide Support in one-on-one coaching and mentoring to support individual development plans.

5. Evaluation and Reporting:

• Develop metrics to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
• Prepare and present reports on training outcomes, employee performance, and ROI.

6. Continuous Improvement:

• Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in learning and development.
• Recommend innovative solutions to improve the learning experience and outcomes.

Key Skills and Competencies

• Strong communication and facilitation skills.
• Proficiency in Learning Management Systems.
• Knowledge of instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, Kirkpatrick’s Model).
• Data-driven mindset with experience in training evaluation and ROI analysis.
• Familiarity with e-learning tools (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Captivate).
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Learning and Development or a similar role.
• Certification in instructional design is a plus.
• Familiarity with emerging trends in L&D, including micro learning and gamification.
