Profile Accounts & Finance - Manager (CA qualified only)

Roles & Responsibilities
i) Cross checking of the Company accounts by conducting performance audit;
ii) Handling Legal & Taxation Matters and Company affairs;
iii) Coordination for requirements & queries from various Statutory Departments and/or Auditors;
iv) Compliance of all regulatory matters for existing or new acts applicable on Company and Company’s employees;
v) Filing of the GST returns and checking all the invoices received for GST application;
vi) Preparing the budgets & implementation of the expenses accordingly and assisting in Budget & Expenses Management;
vii) Tax planning of the Company;
viii) Assisting in Scheme preparation & calculations;
ix) Assisting in overall accounting of the Company;
x) TDS and Income Tax Returns and related compliances of the Company;
xi) Dealing with the queries and issues of the Distributors related to their accounting, inventory management and any Scheme related issues;
xii) Assisting & providing the Management with various MIS required by them on timely basis;
xiii) Handling the company Legal compliance part as related with various Government departments ;
xiv) Legal Documentation preparation for entire company demand under various law and acts.
