Job Description
- Manage standard operating procedures for business operational activities.
- Responsible for teams day to day deliverables, performances and individual development.
- Preparations of internal process notes related to operations, implement & monitor the same
- Manage work assignment and allocation for resources as per the operational requirement.
- Maintain accurate and clear documentation for operational procedures and activities with company policies and procedures.
- Manage secured loan activities, which includes file logins, document verifications, system disbursal, NACH presentations/ collection recon, audit, document management, insurance activations/claims/Loan closures..
- Appointment of vendors & management
- Regular coordination with branch team, credit, sales, IT and audit teams for smooth process flow
- Handle HO and filed operations team in closing the daily operational activates
- Business analytics & MIS management
- Monitor and analyze operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies to mitigate risks.
- Coordinate with external partners and stakeholders to streamline processes and achieve operational excellence.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the operations team.
