Investment Banking Associate

We are looking for a self driven Investment Banking Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a qualified Chartered Accountant with a strong background in financial analysis, corporate finance, and deal execution.

Key Requirements:

• Qualifications: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)

• Experience: Minimum 1year of post-qualification experience preferably in investment banking, FDD or assurance

• Technical Skills:
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate business performance and financial metrics
• Solid understanding of financial statements, corporate finance principles, and Indian taxation regulations
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint

• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Stakeholder Management: Ability to work independently and ability to deal with multiple internal and external stakeholders effectively

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Transaction Execution: Actively participate in the full life cycle of deal execution, including due diligence, financial analysis, and preparation of transaction documents
• Stakeholder Interaction: Assist in managing client relationships and dealing with external stakeholders including fund houses, merchant bankers, financial institutions on a regular basis
• Preparation of Pitch-Books: Develop and design company-focused pitch-books and discussion documents for client meetings
• Financial Models: Prepare and maintain comprehensive company projections valuation models for various transactions
• Capital Markets & Private Equity: Work on a variety of deals in capital markets, private equity, and debt syndication
