Investment Banking Analyst

Job Purpose:

The candidate will be an integral part of the assigned sectoral coverage team & will work across advisory (PE & M&A) & ECM deals/transactions with a primary responsibility of supporting end-to-end execution. Also expected to actively participate in business development & generating new mandates.

Key Deliverables:

• Build detailed financial models/valuation analysis
• Analyse market data/trends
• Sector mapping/landscaping
• Prepare client pitch documents/teasers
• Client management/transactions
• Manage pitch to close under the guidance of the Coverage Banker
• Opportunity to suggest deal possibilities through new contacts / earlier contacts

Role Requirements:

• Educational Qualifications: MBA Finance from B-School / CA (1st Attempt)
• IT Skills: MS Office
