Key Responsibilities
Business Development Lead Generation: Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator for targeted prospecting, personalized outreach, and relationship building to drive business growth in the IT services sector.
Sales Strategy Market Expansion: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to position RSK Business Solutions as a preferred IT service provider.
Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and providing tailored IT solutions.
Collaboration with Technical Teams: Work closely with the development and delivery teams to ensure solutions meet client requirements.
Market Research Competitive Analysis: Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to refine business strategies.
Revenue Growth KPI Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and revenue targets to ensure continuous growth and profitability.
Additional Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, IT, Marketing, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in IT services sales, business development, or technology consulting.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful business strategies in the IT sector.
Strong understanding of IT solutions, including software development, cloud services, AI/ML, and IT consulting.
Excellent networking, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
