Job Summary:

Lead the People Experience team across two Bangalore office locations, supporting employees, including internal staff, interns, and expatriates. Manage HR operations, payroll coordination, employee engagement, expatriate services, offboarding, training logistics, and administrative tasks while ensuring efficiency and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations & Time Office Management:

• Oversee attendance, leave, and work-from-home tracking; resolve attendance portal and ID card issues.
• Maintain HRIS (SAP HR) records and generate reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly).
• Support process automation initiatives to improve HR operations.

Expatriate Management:

• Handle visa processing, FRRO registrations, lease agreements, and global mobility coordination.
• Manage expatriate logistics, including housing, banking, mobile connections, and transportation.

Payroll & Compliance:

• Coordinate monthly payroll updates (HPI, incentives, benefits changes, etc.).
• Ensure timely payroll processing, compliance, and financial reporting.
• Submit monthly rent reports and manage vendor invoices.

Employee Engagement & HR Advisory:

• Design and implement an annual engagement calendar with HRBPs and stakeholders.
• Organize wellness programs, engagement initiatives, and corporate events (e.g., Family Day).
• Address employee grievances, HR policy queries, and workplace issues.

Training & Development:

• Coordinate training logistics (room setup, IT support, attendance tracking).
• Facilitate probationary reviews and issue confirmation letters.

Offboarding & HR Letters:

• Oversee the exit process, conduct exit interviews, and ensure smooth full & final settlements.
• Prepare HR letters (NOC, experience, address proof, resignation, invitation for visa, etc.).

Administrative & Budget Management:

• Prepare and manage the annual HR budget, coordinate with finance for approvals and payments.
• Arrange travel, hotel, and logistics for visitors and expatriates.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelors/Masters in HR or related field.
• Experience: 5-8 years in HR operations, payroll, expatriate management, and employee engagement.
• Technical Skills: SAP HR, HRIS, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Competencies: Leadership, problem-solving, stakeholder management, compliance knowledge.
