Job Description
- Lead and Mentor: Guide and support the technical team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment
- Problem Solving: Analyze and resolve technical and operational issues, providing innovative solutions.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Optimization of existing process/tools and Documentation: Work on existing or new process building or improvement areas and should be capable to optimize and convince the stakeholders to follow the same. Own the Atomization tools- E.g. - Escalation app, Escalation minutes reminder, List of contacts reminder etc. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including standard operating procedures and project requirements. Developing the processes etc.
- Performance Monitoring: Increase first solution rate. Track and report on team performance, implementing improvements as needed. Close the deviations , gaps etc. in team and processes
- Escalation: Act as a point of contact for all the escalations. Optimization of Escalation process and adapt to the changing IT processes and make the adjustment in escalation processes as and when required.
- Initiate and coordinate escalation procedures during disruptions.
- In case of escalation identify the person responsible for affected system or application and initiate the escalation process based on a good understanding of IT-Organization/Processes (who is responsible for the application or processes).
- Windows OS, VMware (ESXi, Vcenter client) Unix (AIX) and Linux (SLES) Networking Basics, ITIL Processes L3 technical Support in IT companies, 24x7 Rotating shifts, Ready to learn new technology
- Graduation\Post Graduation in Computer
- Work Exp bigger than 10 years
