Graphic Designer

Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal
candidate will have a passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and a strong understanding of
digital media optimization. As a Graphic Designer at Brontoboost, you will play a crucial role
in developing visually appealing and impactful graphics for our clients' social media
platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create visually engaging graphics, illustrations, and layouts for social media posts, banners, ads, and other digital content.
• Design print materials such as flyers, brochures, and posters.
• Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to develop creative concepts and design solutions that align with clients' brand identities and marketing goals.
• Ensure all designs are optimized for various social media platforms and devices.
• Edit and create video content for social media reels.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to continuously enhance the quality of our work.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Maintain a consistent and cohesive visual style across all digital media assets.
• Incorporate feedback from clients and team members to refine and improve designs.
• Assist in the development and execution of branding and visual identity projects for clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any field (Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related fields preferred but not required).
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a digital media or marketing environment.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and Canva.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their design requirements.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative and innovative design work, including print design.
• Experience with video editing software and creating content for social media reels.
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
• Knowledge of animation software is a plus.
