As a Lead scrum master, you will

• Act as a servant leader to foster a culture of continuous improvement
• Facilitate scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives
• Promote latest agile practices, and help deliver high-value and quality software to customers
• Build strong, collaborative relationships with product management, engineering, documentation, support, and field teams
• Track and report on progress, ensuring sprint goals are met and deadlines are adhered to

Skills, qualifications experience:

• Bachelor s degree with at least eight (8) years of experience, or Master s degree with at least six (6) years of experience. Relevant degree fields include Computer Science, Math, and Electronics
• Excellent problem-solving skills the ability to remove obstacles that hinder team progress
• Proven experience as a scrum master or a similar agile role
• Ability to coach and mentor teams and individuals to adopt agile practices effectively
• In-depth knowledge of agile methodologies and scrum principles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across teams and stakeholders
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and how they align with agile processes
• Experience with agile project management tools (Rally, Jira or similar)
• Scrum master certification (preferred)
