UI Designer

Role & Responsibilities:

• Designing mobile and web app interfaces, ensuring a seamless experience across platforms.
• Working on illustrations, iconography, micro-transitions and animations that will help communicate better with our customers
• Contributing to building a scalable and flexible design system to support future product growth
• Defining, designing and evolving design components, patterns, templates, guidelines, and necessary tooling
• Ensuring UI consistency and quality of visual communication across all our products

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in graphic design, Fine Arts, or a related field
• 3+ years of UI design experience, with a portfolio that demonstrates your best work in visual or UI design, and design systems, with appropriate usage of illustration and animation.
• Deep understanding of branding, visual design and UX as well as understanding of platform-specific design patterns and design systems
• Excellent visual design skills with a user-centric approach, and are passionate about branding, storytelling, and crafting engaging designs
• Proficient in Figma
• Up to date with latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Adept with working with an Agile methodology and data-informed product development experience
• Experience in creating UI designs for financial apps would be a plus
