BRISKPE - Senior UI/UX Designer - Wireframing/Prototyping Tools (5-8 yrs)

Role & Responsibilities :

User-Centred Design :

1. Lead design initiatives with a strong focus on creating solutions for the next billion 2. users, prioritizing empathy and advocacy for users throughout the process.

3. Conduct user research, create personas, and map user journeys to identify user pain points and opportunities.

4. Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.

Design Excellence :

1. Design visually appealing, functional, and responsive interfaces across platforms (web, mobile, tablet).

2. Deliver design specifications, design systems, and reusable UI components.

Collaboration :

1. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and marketing, to ensure design feasibility and implementation.

2. Present and justify design decisions to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into iterative improvements.

Prototype & Testing :

1. Develop interactive prototypes for user testing and design validation.

2. Conduct usability testing to gather user feedback and refine designs for an optimal experience.

Innovation & Trends :

1. Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies to implement best practices in design.

2. Bring creative ideas and innovative solutions to improve the overall design process.

Minimum Qualifications :

1. Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Fine Arts, or a related field.

2. 5-8 years of professional experience in user experience design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in interaction and visual design.

3. Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.

4. Solid understanding of User Experience principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards.

5. Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows using tools like Miro, Balsamiq, or InVision.

6. Experience with usability testing methodologies and tools.

7. Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML/CSS) is a plus.

8. Deep understanding of the iterative UX process, from research and prototyping to user testing and final design.

9. Strong ability to make design trade-offs that balance user needs with business goals.

10. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and explain design decisions to various stakeholders.
